We proudly present our updated website and hope  you will find it informative and user-friendly.  We have a large selection of bison meat products and other locally produced wholesome foods.  Come, visit us at our Valta Bison Farm shop in Ramsay.  Our friendly staff, Cristal and Christine are there to help you make your selections.

We have just returned to Calgary from the farm and are extremely happy to report that we have received six inches of rain so far this summer! Our pastures are lush and green, hayfields will be ready to cut in a couple of weeks and our animals are healthy and baby calves are growing.

Did you know that we cook at Valta Bison?  We feature daily deli sandwiches made with our bison deli meat products - Montreal Smoked bison, salami and roast bison and Valabella turkey or ham. A favorite among our customers is our BBQ Bison-on - a - Bun.  In addition, we prepare Bison Chili, Hearty Winters' Organic Turkey soup, Bison Barley soup, and Bison ConQueso to go.
